What is a Diaper Cake/Blankie Baby?  A Diaper cake is a very popular gift given to the Mom to be to help her prepare for the arrival of her baby.  Diaper cakes come with diapers that are styled to look like a wedding cake, but the main ingredient is diapers.  Each cake comes with a variety of baby items such as blankets, bibs, teethers, washcloths and more.  Over the years diaper cakes have become very popular and have appeared in shows such as Sex and the City and the View.

Blankie Babies are a Favors For U exclusive original, just like a real baby, each is unique.  Each baby will come with diapers, blankets, bottles and other various baby items that mom can use when her baby is born. 

Does it cost extra to custom design a diaper cake? If you need to add items, such as extra bottles, blankets, pacifiers and so on, then the price of the cake will change to reflect the extra items requested.  Certain customization such as changing the colors of your diaper cake will not cost extra.  Please email us prior to ordering for a quote regarding any specific changes you may need.

Is there any tape or glue used on your products?  No tapes, glue or other harmful chemicals were used in creating your Diaper Cake, Blankie Baby or Gift Basket.

Can products be used for baby?  Yes, aside from the cake plate and ribbons all items are intended for Mom to use on her baby.  However, some baby’s have sensitive skin and we do suggest that you wash all items with warm water and mild soap prior to baby’s first use.

How long will it take to create and ship my order? Depending on receipt of payment and on the size of your order, each Diaper Cake, Blankie Baby or Gift Basket will take 5-7 business days to create and ship.  We suggest that you place an order at least 2-3 weeks prior to your event.

How are your products shipped? All of our products are shipped with care using packing materials to ensure they arrive safely and intact.  We ship via the USPS (Post Office) Priority Mail or UPS ground.  

Is it safe to order online? Yes, we offer a safe and secure payment method through Pay Pal.

What type of payments do you accept? We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Paypal.  There is no Pay Pal account required for credit card payments.  We also accept payments by money orders or cashier’s check made payable to Favors For U.

Do you offer overnight shipping? Yes, overnight shipping is available at an additional charge.  Please contact us for overnight shipping info.

Do you offer local deliveries or pick up? Local pick-up and deliveries, within a 15 mile radius, are available.  Please call or email us to schedule an appointment.  There will be a charge of $10.00 for local deliveries.  Any delivery changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up.  If no advance notice was given, a $5.00 fee will be added to your bill.

I don’t feel safe ordering online, can I order by mail? Yes, we accept money order or cashier’s check by mail.  Please click here to print out our order form and mail it to us.  Please make sure to make all certified checks or money orders payable to Favors For U or it will delay your order.  Sorry no cash or personal checks please.  Once your order is received, we will contact you by phone to confirm your order. Please make sure we have your phone number or your order will be delayed.

Do you offer themed cakes?  Can I request a specific theme? Yes!  We offer a variety of themed cakes such as, Precious Moments, Prince, Princess, Winnie the Pooh, Disney Babies, Lil’ Prince/Princess, Moon & Stars and more.  Click here to go to our diaper cake line.  Or, if you don’t see a specific theme just email us and we will try our best to get the theme for you. 

Is it possible to ship the products to the gift recipient or P.O. box? Yes,  we will gladly ship your order to the gift recipient, please contact us with request to another location.  Sorry but we do not ship to P.O. or FPO boxes.   

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please email US  prior to ordering with any special requests such as: Rush Shipping, Personalization and/or shipping details to another location.

RETURNS: We want you to be happy. If for some reason you are not, we want to hear about it.  Please contact us with your concerns and we will try our best to make it right.  Refunds will be given to non personalized item(s) within 14 days of receipt (minus shipping and handling).  Please contact us to receive your (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA # prior to returning product, no returns will be accepted without a valid RMA #. Refunds will be given for purchase price only.
